Every new expression, which is invariably bottled at 50% strength to maintain drinkability, is non-chill-filtered to preserve the unique character of each cask. Additionally, our skilled blender includes remarks to lead the consumer through the tasting process. With the whisky, we don't need to do much; we just let it be.
