MARKETING ASSISTANT
Job Role
As a Marketing Assistant in Creatives, you will be responsible for creating appropriate creatives (graphics, videos, etc.) for the company's marketing campaigns. Other responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing team for suitable promotions, assisting in media buying, and helping with other tasks related to current promotions.
Task and Responsibilities
- Creating graphics for every campaign: landing page materials, social media and Viber creatives, videos, and ad creatives
- Building the creative designs for campaign landing pages
- Making sure each creative adheres to the brand's guidelines and identity
- Creating a fully organized documentation of every creative that goes out
Qualifications
- Good command of the English language, average familiarity with grammar and punctuation
- Experienced in designing using Canva
- Skills Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro are preferred but optional
- Quick Turnaround time in producing outputs
- Accurate in following instructions and revisions
- Must be able to work well with a team
- Facebook ads and media buying experience are preferred but optional
- Must Have a Strong Internet Connection at Home
- Must Have Your Own laptop

MARKETPLACE COORDINATOR
Job Role
As a Marketplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for operating the Shopee and Lazada Seller Center. Other responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing team for suitable promotions, coordinating with purchasing team for stocks and SKUs, and conducting competitor analysis research.
Task and Responsibilities
Administrative
- Understand Marketplaces operations and internal processes
- Update Daily Checklist and monitor of account health such as chat response rate, late shipment rate and cancellation rate and daily sales report
- Coordinate with a 3rd party fulfillment team for any concerns such in order status, cancellations and other fulfillment concerns.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure accurate product information and inventory concerns
- Coordinate and monitor customer concerns, vouchers and queries with Customer Support Team
- Upload and optimize product listing
- Prepare a monthly report including total sales, total unit sold, best selling products.
- Prepare a monthly scorecard report.
- Optimize Shopee and Lazada page
- Create and Organize Marketplaces SOP’s and Internal SOP’s
- Work closely with Lazada and Shopee Account Managers for any concerns, requests.
- Attend Marketplaces strategies planning meeting
Marketing
- Strategize and join discounts, campaigns and promotions using the Marketing Centre.
- Ensures that all marketing promotional activities and advertisement is implemented on time
- Review competitor’s pricing and recommend changes in order to remain competitive.
- Responsible for Chat broadcast to store followers.
- Develop, implement and evaluate effective eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Skills (Previous Executive Assistant experience (2 yrs min.) is desirable)
- 0 - 1 yr experience with with Shopee, Lazada Seller Center Operations (not required) but willing to learn and fast learner
- Fun, energetic yet professional, proactive, team player and eager to learn new things
- Someone who can figure things out if they don’t know or get the answers from the managers.
- Someone who is not afraid to report to the CEO.
- Knows how to work on their own and complete a task list
- Someone who can follow deadlines and feels great with results
- Basic photo editing using Canva
- Knowledge in creating marketing content for store campaigns.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent in google forms (doc and sheet) and Microsoft Excel
- Must Have a Strong Internet Connection at Home.
- Must Have Your Own laptop
