Made entirely from organic Midwestern grain and aged in heavily charred new American oak barrels, Koval Bourbon is single-barrel by design, each bottle comes from one barrel, never blended. Millet replaces rye or wheat as the secondary grain, lending a unique nutty brightness rarely found in traditional bourbons.
