Cù Bòcan Creation 1 is matured in a mix of Black Isle Brewery Imperial Stout casks and Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setúbal wine barrels, a first of its kind. The stout brings roasted depth and malted richness; the Moscatel adds honeyed fruit, floral notes, and a vibrant finish. This is not your standard Highland malt, it’s a bold experiment that works beautifully.
