William Lawson's is a well-known label of Scotch whisky which Bacardi Limited owns, and the history of the brands had dated back as far as 1849 when the William Lawson's blend is said to have first been established.

It was named after the forefather of the brand; William Lawson's is a mixed Scotch whisky with an impressively higher measure of single malt when contrasted with grain whiskies. The brand advocates pride in their way of thinking of not playing by the basic principles of whisky making and conveying, or indeed doesn't convey one of the most well-known and broadly known elements of Scotch whisky.

The early years of the brand's history are vague and uncertain. However, after shifting their bottling and blending facilities from Dublin to Liverpool, a vibrant picture of William Lawson history appears. The founder of the company William Lawson was said to have started working in Dublin for E&J Burke's blending firm as an exports supervisor in 1888.

The brand name for William Lawson and Co was enlisted in 1889 and was purchased by Clan Munro Whisky Ltd in 1963. Between these events, William Lawson and Co's. Production had shifted from Dublin to Liverpool and more events that stayed obscure.

The aroma of William Lawson's is incredibly amazing as it has creamy barley malt along with the mild tones of sweet spice. It has a mild touch of cocoa butter, dried peels, and oak.

 The taste includes raisins and dates along with a dash of the walnut loaf with toasted oak and allspice.  The finish of the William Lawson's is amazing best as it has a malty finish along with the hint of the pepper. Moreover, it is a creamy and rounded blend.

It has achieved a lot of honor in the industry as it has won Gold Medal at The Scotch Whisky Masters in the Blended: Standard category in 2013, Silver at The Scotch Whisky Masters in the Blended: Standard category in 2015, Silver at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in the
