Johnnie Walker Black Label Lowlands was launched for those wishing to find the Scotch whiskies with a comfortable and rich mouthfeel. It is crafted from a diversity of quality single malt and grain whiskies from the Lowlands area of Scotland. 

Whiskies from the distilleries of Cameron bridge and Glenkinchie play a central role in their delicate palate profile. You really can’t overlook a few things as it has notes of crispy creamy toffee, vanilla, an elusive hint of spice, and a clean fruity finish. 

If talking about the product's fragrance, it’s a bit warm with a semi-coarse touch. But they go away the lengthier the whisky sits in the glass. It gets toffee scents, honey, some apple-flavored toffee with marzipan and apricots. At the end are lasting aromas of caramel and butterscotch.

Then comes the taste, a bit of prune and chocolate raisins covered by a pepperiness. There’s that heated apple flavor again, and only the caramel is intense and more layered. A layered wave of rushing peppers, star-fruits, cloves, tannins with butterscotch, and honey began. You get some flowery yet bitter note which makes you think of yellow bell peppers and hibiscus tea. 

At the end are more spices followed by palates of cloves and almond nuts; there’s an instant flash of not hostile sulfur. The same caramel undertones of cloves, butterscotch, and dried apricots look at the finish. A devious milky-way chocolate bar-like taste pops up at the very end.
