Tasting Profile
Nose: Herbal and earthy, pine, eucalyptus, peppercorn, and clay oven smoke rise immediately, with a vegetal undertone.

Production Details
Made from 100% wild Cuishe agave, a slow-growing species that takes 12 - 15 years to mature. Roasted underground, crushed by tahona, naturally fermented in open air, and double-distilled in copper, all by the hands of maestro mezcalero Romulo Sanchez Parada. Small batch. Zero additives. Just tradition and terroir.

Interesting Fact
Cuishe agave grows straight out of the ground like a thick stalk, unlike the rosette shape of most agaves. Its tough structure makes it harder to harvest but yields mezcal that’s herbaceous, dry, and explosively aromatic.
