Description:

It is an 18 yrs old tomatin distillery, along with a finish of Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts. It is very silky as well as smooth, which has been mellowed in the traditional process of scotch whiskey, ex Spanish sherry cask, and ex-bourbon. 

The aroma is quite intense, which the whiskey lover will appreciate. There is an aroma of chewy grape with a touch of sultana and the winter flavors, such as cinnamon and cloves. Moreover, you will get to smell the essence of vanilla fudge and a supplest of smokes, weaving graciously in cut grasses along with an apple peel. The palate is quite full and sweet.  

It has a rich, fruity taste which is the prelude to the sweet taste of the ripped apples and pears along with a decent touch of nut before the pleasantly long and oily finish. 

On the other hand, it has notes of honeycomb and barley sugar. A slight intimation of chocolate, cocoa, and orange dusted profusely on toasty oak. 

The finish is powerful and long with dry, chewy oak and a dash of pepper. In addition, It has won many awards and horns like best single malt scotch 18 yrs. 2015. In the International whiskey competition, then again gold in highland single malt 13 to 20 yrs. 2014 in the world whiskies awards and many more.
