Magnus Eunson, the hero of Highland Park Distillery was a butcher and church official by day, but a legendary whisky smuggler and distiller by night.

To honor his work, the Highland Park Dark Origins was released as a whisky with a suitably 'dark' character.

This bottle uses 80% first-fill Sherry casks (20% refill) - 60% are first-fill European oak, with 20% being first-fill American oak resulting in a dusty, spicy, chocolatey character and a well-rounded finish.
