As a sea breeze moves everything in the glass along, notes of honey, oak, cream, and an earthy freshness welcome you. Salted almonds, peanuts, and lemon zest from the bourbon casks are sprinkled across the palate, while peppery jolts prevent the drink from becoming excessively sweet. The whisky finishes with saline, chewy toffee, candied apple, and chewy toffee.

Banana and apricot, two buttery fruits, leave the palate with flavors of lime zest, sugar, and caramel. There is also a metallic alkalinity, a hint of spice, and a sweet, malty flavor.

The delicious, smoky, and malty caramel The primary spice is cinnamon, with trace levels of nutmeg also present. To fill in the gaps, vanilla and a teeny bit of black sugar are utilized.

It leaves behind pungent traces. Spice, fruit, mild citrus, malt, and fruit notes can be perceived on a medium fade. It provides a fair amount of balance and doesn't contain any large breaks. a moderate body with a uniformly smooth texture.

It is an excellent single malt. The Old Pulteney 12 is simple to buy, mix, and remain within your spending limit. But for what it is, this drink is wonderful and straightforward, and I really like it. Make my regular drinkers a bit classier, please. It actually isn't a bad little thing.
