Production Details:Made using 100% wild Sierra Negra agave, harvested after 12–15 years of slow growth. The agave hearts are roasted in a traditional underground earthen pit, crushed by horse-drawn tahona, and naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats with wild yeasts. Distilled twice in copper pot stills, it is bottled at natural strength without additives or dilution, a true expression of terroir and craftsmanship.
