Production Details:Distilled in 2009 at Rum Co. of Fiji using traditional pot stills from molasses. Aged for 7 years in bourbon casks in Fiji’s humid tropical climate, then finished for 2 more years in Ferrand Cognac casks in France. Bottled at 44.8% ABV, a perfect balance of richness and refinement.
